Proxmox in general tends to be pretty solid. They key is to set it up correctly and to run in on proper hardware. My guess is that you didn’t one or both of those.

Don’t use Fedora with Nvidia. Fedora also isn’t suitable for any production machine.

That is not true at all. There are plenty of options

Honestly peertube is cool but I doubt it will ever get any traction. It needs a bigger organization behind it.
