It is time for courts to begin holding these hearings over ZOOM!
Don’t hold the hearing at all, grant them temporary visas en masse.
Most of them had visas, or were paroled. So they were in the country legally.
It’s just that they were brown. So… still “illegal”.
Keep re-issuing visas. Flood the courts, it’s what MAGAts do.
Some Judges are doing just that.
